| | any delicioius dutch food recommend?
I like bitterballen a lot. :D~ Is it kinda dutch snack? any other good recommendation?
I also like dame blanc (?) but i dont' like some ice-cream which is sour. . but i'm not sure whether they are dutch desserts.

Nothing to recommand actually, u might try milk, cheese we have lot here in the netherlands.
or if u go to the open markts on saturdays or sundays, depends on the city where u live, try the following:
- Lekkerbekje (fried fish)
- broodje Haring (Haring fish sandwich)
these are kind typical dutch.

Dame Blache的真正做法是：挖两个或三个球的香草冰激凌，在冰激凌的上面均匀浇上巧克力汁，在再上面喷上奶油即可。
另外还有Dame Noir，做法也和Dame Blache一样，只是香草冰激凌换成巧克力冰激凌而已。

在撒上一点切碎的果仁或者巧克利瓣，和几根薄饼干， 那就齐了

| | 感谢ruff_ryder的补充！那是比较正规的做法。其实我喜欢什么都不加的，而且每次都是从超市买一大盒（2.5L）香草冰激凌回家，打开盖子，在上面浓浓密密地浇上几道巧克力汁，然后用中等号码的钢勺，慢慢地享用，直到这一层巧克力拌着冰激凌消灭到，再浇灌一层，再消灭到，足亦！！按照我这种吃法，一盒2.5L的冰激凌，三次过后就可以见底了，不怕肥的人——吃吧！！！
